Yea one month today. and I weighed in. 23 lb loss. Still watcing the fats and calories. Been very busy this month. so have to change my dinners around some but still staying with it. Would like some warm weather so I can get outside to walk. but the treadmill is still my life saver for now. going to try and not check the scales again until March 15. Carl has now lost 16lbs He was so excited when he got below the190 mark. He weighs himself everyday.lol oh well whatever works as long as we loose. ...

Three weeks and still going strong.

It has been three weeks now, and still going strong. Wow. I haven't been able to get on all week. Working and on the go, so when I get home to tired to get on the computer. But we have work hard to stay on our goal of eating right.  Carl has now lost 13lbs. He is so excited. Me well I am still waiting until one month has passed. So I still have a couple of more weeks to go. I know I have lost. My jeans are looser and I can even zip up my jacket with room to spare lol. Have a good week this ...

Sunday and what a really nice day today. Getting ready to go for a walk. Nothing hard just a nice afternoon walk. playoffs on today and got me thinking . Oh No. SuperBowl. and we have to have super bowl food. I am really going to plan this out so I will be ready. Think I am going to have a fish night starting with boiled shrimp that is easy. They all like it low in fat and calories. I cooked some Salmon today and Carl really like it. so I am going to go for it.

Yea, I made it a week today. And it wasn't bad at all. Still sticking to the low fat diet. Had to change some of the meals. We found we didn't like the meals by Amy. This week we are changing the meals from the ones we don't like and matching up the calories and fat grams with the ones we do like. I Like Healthy choice and so we have no problems there. I feel like I am writing to "Dear Diary". Kind of fun isn't it. Well today was a good day. We have stayed following our low fat diet. I know it is only the 4th day, but this site is so great.  Been sitting her watching the kids in the neighborhood riding their bikes. Well Jan 14 was the first day and  about the 100th time I've started  a diet. I like most have searched and researched and started and quit lots of times. I  sure hoping this is the one. lol...
