It's the lil' things that keep you working out

I just returned from Ashland, Ky. I visited my boyfriend and have not seen him since July. Equally, our bodies have changed. The time apart has only motivated us to fill our time with new activities (exercise).

I sprinted back and forth a few times and wondered if the Hispanic man parked at the end of the street thought I was crazy....of course I am. But I feel good. It is time to get outside. It is time that I add
