So my Nuerologist has put me on some medication to help with my concentration along with the vitamins he has been injecting into me every three weeks. So one of the side affects to the medication..... it completely kills my appetite. Normally I would say that its great, but with my vitamin defeciency.... not so great. So I've put a hold on the diet and I'm just eating small portions. I really have to force myself and remember to eat and I'm trying to stay healthy as well. Its of course like anyt...

So I was off dealing with some things. Some medical issues to be exact.
I started feeling weak, I couldn't sleep and had some crazy nerve pain and twitching. My doctors were scaring the sh*t out of me talking about multiple sclerosis and brain tumors...... but all is well for now. So for right now all I have is very low b-12 and a damaged nerve in my neck. So I am keeping my fingers crossed and hopeing that when I have my repeat brain MRIs they will come back normal.

Back on the wagon today.... I had a huge amount of calories this weekend so I'm trying to be extra good this week. I bought some 100 calorie minicakesters to help take the edge off the sugar cravings.

Well its Saturday which means week 1 is coming to an end. Its been a good week, I'm eating a lot healthier and it feels pretty good. I'm not meeting all of my diet numbers yet, but so far I've been under and not over. So getting that in line is a work in progress.
Well back to fiddling with the computer and resisting the urge to raid the pantry!
