It begins...

I've slowly been gaining weight the past couple years, and I would like to quickly lose it. I am mostly concerned with my abs, love handles, butt, thighs, and calves. Pretty much half my body. : ( I know I am not fat, but I would like to be toned, and stretch-mark free!
