Hopes and Dreams

I have realized my dream: I want to look like Marilyn Monroe.

I am far from this, but I know that hard work and determination will allow me to look like her. It will take time, but it will definitely be worth it!

Today I am going to an Indian Restaurant with some friends for a club activity, and because I am club president I can't really back out. The restaurant is nice enough to allow our club to come sample their food. I can't say no.

Good and Bad news. Which one first?

I guess I'll give you the good news first. I lost at least an inch in my major areas!!! WOOOO! Makes me happy to know that all my hard work at the gym hasn't been keeping me down.

My bad news is that I was .4 inches from three pounds, so I didn't make my three pound weekly goal.

I've been cheating a lot, because I lack self control with food. It's not a comfort thing, it's just that when everyone else gets to eat what they like and I have to order something that I'm not in

WEEKLY GOAL MET!

February 14th I was 178.6. Now I am 175.6! My weekly goal of three pounds has been made! Of course, I would not mind losing more :3.

I am on the road to awesomeness, and I do have to thank this site. The amount of food that is on it and the calorie tracker help wonders.

I really couldn't have done it without this site!


In other news, my cosplay idea to be Nariko has been thrown of the rails. Boyfriends says it's too slutty. So I'm gonna aim to be Laura

The Beginning.

I've decided to start dieting and working out this year, something that I've always done, but never with the ferocity to get any REAL results. The last time I had real results was when I was 17, and I decided that to get from 208 to 178, I was going to starve myself. It worked, but left me anemic, with a loss of energy, and the skin color of a corpse. (My body has been able to retain that weight, and from then and now I've been making healthier choices with my decisions about food.)<
