I just joined FitClick yesterday and am excited to be apart of a social network that will keep me motivated and help me stay on track. I am trying to be as proactive as I can about my health.

I want to create a fitness routine that I will stick to. One that is fun but challenging. I am not a runner, so I get my cardio from walking workouts. I plan to spend at least 20 minutes a day doing interval speed walking, ranging from 3.0-4.5mph every three minutes. I've done this workout be...
