1st time here

I'm 45 and  1 month ago was 201.  I'm now 188. Between this site and a gym in my area I am determined to get down to 150. If I can do more even better.Figuring out most of my calories I eat in the 1st half of the day, which fats are good and which are bad combined with a workout routine 4 times a week it is finally coming off. Keeping my fingers crossed I can get
