Yekes!!!! my 2x scrub tops are too big. Talk about a wake up call. 20 years ago I was losing weight to by a new outfit, now at 55 I have to lose weight for my health. Talk about an eye opener!

Yekes!!! my size 2x scrub tops are getting too tight.  Talk about a wake up call. So here I am ...again.   20 years ago I was losing weight to buy a new outfit, now its doctors orders.

I can do this,, I know I can,,,,,,,,,getting started is the hard part.
