Alright so for the past six months I have been working on my food habbits to lose weight.  I lost 40 lbs in three months mainly from eating organices and wheats! GREAT! Now I am almost to the weight I want, and now it is time to start on my muscles!  So ready to get to that perfect body for the summer! YAY
