Eating on a School Day

I only go to school twice a week, and it is a 9-4 day. Today i skipped breakfast and took a PB&J for lunch. I should have waken up earlier to make something better, but by the time i got ready, I only had 5 mins left. I don't like that I don't have anything to make that is quick. I also don't like the the college doesn't offer healthy selections that are affordable. A simple Caesar is about $4 and it leaves me hungry. Friends and food

Why is it that when i am not dieting nobody bothers to ask me what I want to eat? It is only when temptation is at it's peak when people think about feeding me. For the past three days people have offered me something to eat, but I kindly reject their offer. Before you know it, I am eating a sandwich, or pasta, or mashed potatoes because my the person decided they were going to feed me anyway. I wish I was strong enough to not eat. Also, how rude would I look if I pushed their food away after it...

Day 1

It is not necessarily day one of my diet or exercise plan, but it is day one of my blog. I think it will be interesting to see how conscious I will be about the way I eat once I start this blog. My birthday is in about 2 1/2 months and I would love to feel comfortable in cute summer clothes by then.
