I started my diet on Monday, March 15th.  I joined our local gym on the 17th.  I weighed myself Monday the 22nd and lost 2 lbs.  Then the following Monday I lost 3 lbs!  I was excited.  Well, I weighed myself today and I only lost 1 lb.  Pretty frustrating.  Especially when I am logging what I eat, when I excersise and I am working hard in the gym.  I was hospitalized March 7th and released the next day because I am having pr...
