Last night I did my jog/walk (whew! it was a tough one) but I'm happy I just got through it.  Tonight I have another jog/walk to do (a mix of walking and then pretty intense interval training).. but I'm loving the results so far.  I have a flat stomach again (woo hoo) and I feel tiny.  I just want these hips to lose some inches.  I work at a personal training studio and really feel pressure to be stick thin.  I'm not going to do any drastic changes though becau...

getting to know me <3

Hi anyone & everyone who is/will be reading this!

A little bit about me: 
In high school (a mere 6 years ago) my steady weight was roughly around 139-142 lbs.  Looking back now, I don't know why I was so hard on myself.  I had friends who were 5'3" who complained that they weighed 120 lbs. and in my head I didn't realize that with me being taller; 5'7&...
