Well were a little over a week in and i had my first weigh in and I lost 2 lbs. which is ok. Im having a little difficulty finding the time to fit in all of my eating times and workouts plus i now have to figure how to work in working into this equation! Well no crying here i will figure it out and keep to my goal so that means i have 74 lbs to go!!! Yeah me! This is the second day of my journey down the road to being a 40 year old hottie. My goal is a lofty 75 lbs. to get me to my ultimate goal of 155 lbs.
