On and Off again and that not good enough, i went to weight watchers and found it less productive than fitclick cause counting my points is not keeping me aware of how much calories i am eating and like to control that..i am back one day now and already feeling great about this again.  So here we go again!!! I am doing this now!!

I'm back and feel really good aboout it...so here we go again trying this again and hope to be a success on it...i had gotten bored with it and now i feel like if i dont right down everything i eat i lose track of how much i eat...so this is necessary for my success in  weight loss...so I sucked it up and return to do it the right way.....

goal in reach

i have decided to step it up by doing a cleanse with more of liquid meals like hearty soups, shakes, and salads and in one day i already lost 2lb I am so excited because the cleanse is working great with my meal changes..just keep pushing foreward..may 29th is soon here!!!

need to get back on the wagon after having a cold last week it seems so hard to get it together....i thought today was going to be the day to start my exercise regime but no instead donuts all the way......now i feel sick..yuk will start tomorrow....

Pushing On

I'm not doing well with this cold of mine but I don't want anything to slow my progress down, generally i don't like to eat or do anything when I'm not feeling well but to lay in bed....I will try to keep up with my plan even if its the bare minimum until I'm over this...I do feel very weak so maybe I'll hold off on the workout routine till weekend....

It's moving

I think I'm back on track when I saw the scale went down another 1lb this morning after my so discipline day yesterday...I decided to bake my own low fat, low carb, no sodium cranberry walnut muffin and it was delicious and full of fiber, kept me full all afternoon till dinner at 7pm and then I was good for the rest of the night (even my husband ate about 3 and took some to work as his snack today) so I guess that's the trick to find delicious treats that are filling and low in fat and carbs but...

30lbs to go

So as of this morning I still only lost 10lbs in 6 weeks. I am a bit frustrated but at least I am still moving....i thought by now I would've lost about 6lbs more but i will continue to strive forward because I have a goal in mind for memorial day weekend....having 2 babies at home is not giving me all the time i would like to concentrate on my workout but I am still getting to do it at least 5 days a week but not intense all the time....i will keep pushing ahead because I can imagine my self in...
