So, I decided to finally set a goal and start working out. I've been in my new apartment for almost three months now, and I figured I'm settled enough to start using the facilities to get healthier.
My goal is go down from a size 22/24 to a size 18/20 by December. I don't know how reasonable that is, but it's a goal. I don't want to push myself too hard since I work nights, and have several issues with my body.
