Well I started a new job today which is awesome lol i am a cab driver. I know... lol... anyhow... I weighed in this morning and after all this salad eating and free dressing... Ive lost 3 pounds since my last entry. I am really excited because I know that if i keep trying i can do it. I know that deep down i can do it. Anyhow... My first day

Okay so here i am again trying another diet, looking for another way to lose all of my weight. I look at myself in the mirror and I dont see me at all. I definately dont see the person I want to be. Instead I see a monster a fatty with nothing but rolls and big belly. This time is different though. Today I went to the doctor and he weighed me and the scale said 229! I couldnt believe what i was seeing. NOT ever once in my life have i been this big. I have
