I am 4 days into my weight loss journey and feeling inspired and overwhelmed at the same time. My goal is to weigh 155lbs and I want to get there by late summer. I know it's going to be tough, and I have done many diets before and succeeded...but I want this plan to be different. I am 30 now and I am tired of living this way...constantly being upset about my weight. I need to learn to be the best me, feel completely satisified with my body.
