Good morning all! I am new to this site, and it seems better then the other one or two i have looked at so i decided to give the tracking a try. I really hope to be 40 pounds or so lighter then i am today. My biggest concern is just being phisically fit, as it should be. In the past i have been kickboxing but i hurt myself so i need to find other ways to keep those pounds off! I will keep this updated as much as i remember to!
