Weighed @ 216. Down from 228 on Apr 30. Lost 12 lbs! Lately been averaging about 1700 cal per day.

Today 220 lbs. • OK so far. Seems that to continue loosing one pound per week I need to adjust calorie intake from 2044 to about 1800 or less per day. I believe that is doable, we will see. Yesterday had Mohs surgery on a Squamous Cell on my scalp. Have to wear this turban for 48 hours.

Weight loss going pretty well, now 222 lbs. It's not realistic to expect that rate of loss to keep up but I'll accept it! Over the last month most days calories under 2000 with no problems. Goal of 175 by April 1, 2011. WE'LL SEE.

79 almost 80 and way overweight. Started 3/6/10 after weighing at my Dr.'s during routine check up a shocking 233 lbs. I found another web site and started 2044 or less calorie per day on Sat 17th. Weighed about a week ago @ 228. So my Goal is to be 175 by April Fools day 2011!
