Starting Fresh

I just found this website from a dear friend of mine. I figured I might as well try it as I tried everything else. So for me tomorrow is a new beginning. Not only am I overweight I have many health issues that most will be fixed with the weight loss.So I am trying to figure all this out and hopefully I will stop reatining so much water and that is the most frustrating part. I am retaining so much fluid that I dont know if any diet or life change will work but AGAIN TOMORROW IS MY NEW BEGINNING!!...
