I have always been a healthy eater just usually ate too much of the healthy foods and not enough exercise to compensate.
I have been trying to stay away from the processed foods because of the cleansing program that I am doing... only today and tomorrow left. Not sure if I am going to continue or not. I am thinking that I might it is not that bad of a diet and am having an easy time sticking with it because I do not feel hungry.

Ok so I am slacking on blogging, what else is new. Yesterday I almost ate too many calories. But I guess that sometimes happens when you go somewhere else other than home for dinner.

Ok! so I have been slacking on the work outs. But I have still stayed within my target caloric intake for my diet so that I am not gaining even if I do not exercise (other than the things that FitClick will not let us track).

Well, let me start by saying that my husband thinks I need to do more working out. He does not think that walking is a good workout. However, for someone that has not exercised in years, I think it is a good start.
My plans are that I will work the lower body one day, upper the next, and on the third a total body workout. Then start all over again. In the next few weeks, I expect to increase the work
