I cannot even begin to tell you how excited I am! It has been an EXTREMELY long time since I have been able to make it through the weekend without binging. And guess what? I've done it! I know I can do it this time. I'm strong and I can do anything I put my mind to.

Day three has gone really well. I ate regular meals and didn't binge at all! I was even confronted with candy, one of my major trigger foods, and I turned it down. I think I'm really starting to make progress! I'm still scared to weigh myself to see how much weight I have gained. I know its a lot because my clothes don't fit me anymore. Maybe after a couple more days of eating well, I'll weigh myself...yikes.

Day two went really well! I really believe I can succeed this time. I made myself a reward chart for not binge eating. Every few days I have a reward written on the calendar. If I don't binge, then I get something special for myself! I really love the healthy foods I've been eating. I don't know why I have all these cravings for junk lately.
