The chips and dip did me in this Memorial Day weekend! Plus, with all the family and friend get togethers this week, I have not been able to do Insanity since Sunday! AAAGGHHH!! I plan on doing a workout vidieo though in the moring and will work to eat a heck of a lot cleaner that I have been these past few days!!

Well, today I should have done an insanity workout, but I skipped it. Over the weekend I didn't go to bed until 4:00am on Saturday and that caught up to me on Sunday. Needless to say, I did not get up to do Insanity before work. :o) Then plans were rearranged this evening which did not allow me to get enough schoolwork done, AND my workout. Feeling bummed about that. Hoping that i can do much better this week though!!! Here's to eating heal

So, I did my Fit Test for Insanity on Monday (2 days ago). For one of the exercises I actually did less then the first time, another I did the same amount and the rest, I did more! So, that seemed successful! I am now well on my way to the halfway point of this workout program! I'm proud of myself for sticking it out this long! I think the fact that my husband is doing the workout program has helped keep me motivated.

Today is Wednesday...I plan on doing Insanity today and then I'll Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to do! That will be a total of two weeks that I have kept up the workout program!!! That is awesome for me!!! Even going a week and a half is awesome for me! So, I am doing good! I am anxious to do the Fit Test next Monday to see if I have made any improvements. I'm actually looking forward to the sweating that will most likely occur with today's

So, my goal was to do Insanity at least 4 times a week! The first week, I did it every day!!! Whoop Whoop!! I plan on doing it every day this week too! Hopefully, I can keep it up! My husband is doing it with me and he started one day behind me...so I am motivated to not let him pass me up! :o) The workouts are great, I'm sweating like crazy and I love that! I still need to work on my eating though...I'm not as disciplined as I should

So, I just started Insanity today!!! My goal is to do it at least 4 times a week. I know it is an every day program, but I think that if I were able to get 4 times in, that would be a great success for me! After doing the fit test this morning, I am actually looking foward to getting up tomorrow and doing the first actual workout! Hopefully, I enjoy it as much as the fit test and want to continue getting up every morning! That would be awesome!!

So, I worked out last Monday but did not get to work out any other days last week. I will be working tomorrow morning at boot camp and potentially Wednesday. Other than that, I have nothing on the schedule. I need a workout buddy!! I did go bowling this past wekeend and am incredibly sore!!! I had to have worked off several calories with how sore I am feeling!

Did 1 hr. boot camp on Monday!! Won't be able to go to any other boot camps this week though, so I will need to work out on my own. Maybe do an ab workout at home tonight and some kickboxing one other night this week.
