One week in, and all is well.
I'm still uber pumped. I've lost about 10 pounds in a week, and did it in a very healthy way. Cut the calories... focused on healthy foods.
It's been difficult at times, but I've managed. I could really go for a cheeseburger, but my inertia isn't letting me break down. Thank you inertia.
Today was my first day working out at the gym.. it was heavenly. I've never been a big worker outer. ...

I am hoping this will force me to be accountable.
I am not a 'body worshiper,' but I realize I'm not in very good shape. My biggest complaint is lack of energy. With two young children (4, 20 mos.), I am constantly reminded how little energy I have these days.
My initial goal is to lose 15 lbs., which would get me down to about 180. Ideally, I'd like to get down to around 175 to 170 -- but I need to do it carefully.
