Calories Burned:  680 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Warm up for 3 minutes at 4.0

Run 1st mile at 6.2
Run 2nd mile at 6.4
Run 3rd mile at 6.6
Run 4th mile at 6.4

Exercise Comments

I like that format. I am a former Army Soldier, I am trying to get back on my fitness and weight level. I let myself go and hit 241 lbs. My weight goal is 180-185lbs. Wish me luck!!
