Calories Burned:  340 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
This workout is designed for the standard circuit in every Curves Club. All it takes is 30 minutes a day, three times a week. Plus, once you've been exercising at Curves for at least three months, you can work with a staff member to upgrade your program to the Curves Advanced Workout.

I'm having the same trouble as Kimberly1964. While your diet tracker is great and very easy to use, I'm having a terrible time using your workout tracker.

Yeah, the girl in the video says "three times a day" instead of three times a week.....:)
