Instructions: 
Attach a rope handle to the high pulley of a cable machine. Face away from the cable machine and grab the rope with both hands.

Lean forward by taking a step with your right foot and bending at your waist. Hold the rope over and behind your head, so your upper arms are parallel to the floor and your elbows are bent 90 degrees.

Straighten your arms, pulling the rope in front of your head. Try to keep your upper arms in the same position.

Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
