week 2 of push phase!!!! Holy cow!!! That is tough. Everybody wants to know if I have lost more weight because I look good, I have not though, just getting lean and toned!!!!

I have just ordered this workout and and am so excited! I am expecting to star it later this week. I have just completed her Turbo Fire 20 week program and loved it.

Currently in week 3 of the burn phase. My body has already started to remember it had muscle.
