Calories Burned:  476 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids, Triceps
Instructions: 

Start: Place a pair of hex dumbbells at the spot where you position your hands while doing a pushup. The dumbbells should be set slightly wider than shoulder-width apart. Set yourself in pushup position, but with your feet apart. Your body should form a straight line from your ankles to your head.

Movement: Lower your body to the floor, and then push yourself back up. Once you are back in the starting position, row the dumbbell in your right hand to the side of your chest. Lower the dumbbell back down, and repeat the same movement with your left arm. That is 1 rep.
