Primary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Pectorals, Triceps
Instructions: 

Start: Stand holding a kettlebell in each hand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides.

Movement: Push your hips back, bend your knees, and lower your body into a squat, placing the kettlebells on the floor. Kick your legs back into a pushup position, do a pushup, and then quickly return your legs to the squat position and stand up.
