Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals
Instructions: 
Rest your elbows on a Swiss ball. Firmly plant your feet on the floor so that your body is at about a 45-degree angle. Draw your abs tight and keep your body in a stable straight line. This is a static hold without any movement - continue to keep your body in a straight line.

agree with jjswb2, there should b a way to track this type of exercise as well, I do a few of these static hold types daily

Seems like we have to enter reps for this exercise rather than time. Any idea how to measure a static hold exercise in reps? ... or am I not seeing it right on the exercise tracker screen?
