Primary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Deltoids

Start: Hold a dumbbell at arms length next to your side, with your palm facing you.

Movement: Without moving your upper arm, bend your elbow and curl the dumbbell as close to your shoulder as you can. Pause, and then slowly lower the weight to the starting position, completely straightening your arm. Perform all prescribed reps with your right arm and then do the same number with your left.
