Description:
Gained because I strayed from the rules a little too far. I need nourishment more than quantity. I actually did more moving and activities this week, but ate much more than usual. Maybe I need to eat wiser, not faster, and try eating more to keep from backsliding or stalling. I'll try this week and see.
