well I need to do some kind of water excerises for osteroarthris and I am looking at this page and I dont see any thing here that helps me learn some lol

Lol!! I need to learn to streach so when I saw thi "use to warm up" I was like, Cool. Not so cool now I got to wait till my sister comes home to de-code this for me. I feel like a nerd. Yoga was never my thing but I figure I should at least try it before I bash it.
