60 and above--- do you play tennis?
A neighbor called me to start beginners tennis lessons but I had second thoughts and declined the offer for this week.... low and behold her first lesson resulted in a broken hip---12 weeks of no weight on that hip (wheelchair bound).... Did I make the right decision?
I understand that the quick stops and turns in tennis are not good for the productive organs in women... have you heard that before?

Well, it totally depends on your mind and body the way you follow someone diet plan. I follow iec2013.com and getting good results in my body. I am happy with that.
