Emotions/Food Diary suggestion
I love how easy fitclick is to use, especially in locating new foods – you have a great food database and letting users make their foods public is a big help too. There is one improvement I would add – addressing the emotional connection to food. It would be so helpful to have a little daily diary note to attach to each date where you could say what was happening that day to make you overeat or undereat, not exercise, etc. if you cared to use radio buttons to keep it simple so people picked ‘feelings’: depressed, sad, happy, stressed, etc. plus ability to add a personal note, then we could track how ups and downs emotionally affect our food selections.

Just a suggestion – I’m sure you get lots, but I know it would be helpful to me to keep track of WHY I eat what and how much I do!

Thanks again for a great program – it's making me very aware of what I’m doing!

Kind regards, gail

Re:
That's a great suggestion. Being able to take notes about what we eat would go a long way in understanding why we eat what we eat when we eat it. having that understanding would be very helpful in breaking bad habits and reinforcing good ones. We'll let our development team know what you're thinking. Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback.
