First Day
Over the last few years I have taken no accountability for my weight gain..I danced from when I was 3 until I was 22..including teaching. I know what I have to do to lose the weight, sticking with it is my problem. I'll do good and lose 20-25lbs and then completely sabotage myself and gain it back. It's exhausting and humiliating all rolled into one lovely feeling. Today is the first day..woke up and walked, I am now going back to my smoothies, veggies and proteins, all homemade sauces and marinades. I love to cook so that is fine with me....
At the moment my body wants sugar and of course it's not getting it, instead of feeding the craving I jumped online to find a support group.

Don't give up
I think you are craving for sugar so much because you forbid it to yourself. Cheat yourself a little, eat one tiny peace of something sweet, e.g. banana, but not candy. Your body will get accustomed to that. This is what I will do at least.
