Gluten Sensitive - Can't seem to find any diet plans which address this issue...
Hello everyone...i'm new to the site and just figering it out BUT WOW what a great tool...wich i had found this 5 weeks ago!!! Started what I am not referring to as a diet but a new way of life on Jan 11, and decided 2 weeks in to cut out all gluten (wheat, oat flakes, barely) after reading an article regardsing how prevalent this sensitivity is and it's affect on womens weight. I had every symptom in the article's list and had gone through more tests over the years than i care to remember trying to figure out why I was having such horrible bloating and gas (belching) issues EVERYDAY - which was pretty much chalked up as a stress reation.

After a couple of weeks I ate a bowl of oatmeal and wondered why my stomach was bugging me and I was belching up a storm...I figured it was the gluten a week later I tried a piece of bread and again started experiencing tummy/gas issues. Hence I am now looking for some inspiration to continue on this Gluten free journey to becoming FIT and FABULOUS.

Dear FabMsB
Hi
I am not on the Gluten Free Diet. But would like to be. I have been losing weight since Thanksgiving and I am down 38#. On the other hand my daughter (29 years old) is 100% celiac. She has been on a gluten free diet for 5 years and feeling so much better. I have cut out almost all gluten in my diet only for the carbs. If you want to talk more about gluten free I would love to.

What
I have no Idea what u guys are talking about but I would love to learn more. I have had stomach issues with gas and I thought it was from all my bad eating habits. I have changed my eating habits for the better for the last month and I still have no change with the gas. I was wondering what it might be, this sounds like a solution, I would love to learn more.
