Recommendation needed - workout DVD for a glider exercise machine
I just invested in a glider exercise machine, similiar to the Total Gym. It came with an instructional dvd, but not a paced workout to follow. Does anyone know where I can find a good beginning workout DVD using this type of equipment that offers a solid 20-30 minute workout (weight training or pilates)?

Greetings! Why do you choose among DVDs? I've tried this. It's very silly to look at the screen and try to follow the instructions. I advise you not to waste time on this. Read the instructions on paper, find the right music on downloadlagu321 and slowly start doing the exercises. I choose mp3s that suit my rhythm. This is the easiest way to follow the 2 sets regimen after 1 minute of rest. Do not worry. All music on the site is free!
