sodium percentage
If I add new food and type in the sodium or cholesterol, it asks me to put it down in mg, but it counts the % as it would be g.
How is it?

Values and Percentages
The sodium and cholesterol levels/perecentages on FitClick are based on the Daily Percentage values for Appropriate Nutrients set forth by the FDA. You can find them listed here: http://www.fda.gov/Food/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/GuidanceDocuments/FoodLabelingNutrition/FoodLabelingGuide/ucm064928.htm

According to the FDA, 300mg of cholesterol would total 100% of your intake for the day, as would 2400mg of sodium. If you enter those values into the food creator, you will see that the percentages workout perfectly, based on milligrams (mg) not grams (g).
