Directions:  
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion, garlic and pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add spices and cook for one minute. Cut up chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and add to pan, stirring well to coat with spices. Add tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Before serving, add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
