Directions:  
bake at 350 degrees F or fry in oil of your choice
add spices to the chicken livers and to the flour
lightly flour the livers, if frying fry on a medium heat to high of a heat will make them tough, when frying be aware that they will pop the grease, would be best to wear rubber gloves.
I love to use thyme, basil, sage in my flour misture along with the ones listed above.
many people like to ad sliced thin onion rings
place on a paper towel after cooking to help omit some of the oil
