Preheat oven to 350°F. Peel and dice apples.

Combine flour, uncooked oats, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice in a bowl.

In a second bowl, mix honey, eggs, canola oil, and skim milk until blended together.

Stir honey mixture into flour mixture until just moistened. The batter will be lumpy.

Fold in apples.

Lightly coat non-stick 4"x8" inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Transfer batter to loaf pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center of bread.
