mix luke warm water and 1/3 c honey mix, then sprinkle yeast on top. Sit 10 minutes to proof yeast.

Add 3 c white four and 2 c whole wheat four. Mix, then sit for 30 minutes.

Add butter and 1/3 c honey and salt. Mix. Stir in 2-4 c whole wheat four. Knead for 5-10 minutes, dough should still be slightly sticky.

Let rise for 1 hour, double size.

Punch and divide in 2 loaves. Knead each loaf for 5 minutes.

Put in sprayed bread pans, and rise for 1 hour, double the size.

Bake at 350 (preheat for 15 minutes) for 40 minutes. the top will be slightly golden.

Cool on a wire rack for 30 minutes. Then take out of pan, and cool for a few hours before slicing.
