I can't belive it I have lost 4.8 pounds in the last 2 days! (I weigh myself each morning at the same time for acuracy) I think most of it is water weight though. I have drank 10 glasses of water each day and my body is finally shedding the water weight! No matter, I don't care if it is just water, it is a great motivation for me. I do whoever realize that week 2 will be far more challenging to lose weight (I have watched my share of The Biggest Loser!) I am so excited about G

Day 2 of Getting my body back and  have to say it was a struggle. I am usually a big sweets eater and I did geat yesterday by limiting myself yo a fat free yogurt as my "sweets" for the day. But today....I had three brownies! I caved! Thankfully I had kept my calorie intake during the day low, so after all was said and done I still only went 100 calories over my limit.
