Well here goes something.
I have always been active in sports and fitness. Over the years I have accumlated a few injuries. Which has resulted in my inability to exercise they way I would like or have in the past. I am trying to eliminate pain and lose the 5 to 10 pounds that I have gained over the last year. I am hoping that doing Yoga and Strength exercises I will eradicate my pain and get into better shape.
