In the beginning there was me. I am 130lbs and by looking at me, you may think that I am healthy but I need help. I am not healthy and I am tired of feeling tired. I need to get my life on track because i am not getting younger.
My goals are to be able to run a mile in 20 minutes and this is starting out, I want to be able to do this or better by march. I want to be able to lift myself up, do at least 15 pushups with out struggle and 25 sit ups with out stopping. All this by...
