Meals so screwed up today

I woke up a bit too late today to have my 4 hours in between each meal. Noone ever tells you what to do if this or that happens. I'm stuggling a bit combining food to get my 30/30/40 but it is NOT easy. I ended up eating breakfast at 1030am, lunch at 330 and my afternoon snack at 630. Dinner will be server at 8 as normal. So weird I actually worry about when I can and can't eat and most of the time I'm not hungry when it's time. Planning on doing a few stomach butt and thigh excer...

30/30/40 is a bit more tricky then I thought

30%  protein
40% carbs
Today I went over in protein after having a cheeseburger for lunch and just cereal and milk for breakfast. I'm finding it hard to fit in my planned turkey sausage, peppers and onions for dinner without going over. This is a little difficult I found since I am now recording my food and meals here on fit click. Luckily I'm able to alter my afternoon snack quite a bit to get my desired daily balance of fat, protein and carbs. Apple ...

Recently read Master your Metabolism by Jillian Michaels. I recommend this book to anyone looking to lose anywhere from 10lb up to a gazillion. She puts our body and our hormones in to easy to learn perspectives. Feeling ok today. No weight loss in 2 days. But 4 lbs since last thursday yay. I can honestly see a difference in my belly. My stomach (my actual stomach organ) has shrunk so I don't feel so hungry anymore. I'm eating about 1200-1400 calories a day. 4 times a day and...
