So..it begins...again. I'm looking to get to 200 by July 24. The date of my daughters wedding. Today is the 1st day. I've done this before (weight loss) but it seems to be a little tougher this time. I've been burning any where around 700 - 1000 calories per workout and I'm just not getting any where which leads me to the conclusion that it's the food I'm eating and the amount of it that's the issue. :-) We'll get after it...
