Yes I like fitness Pal better. It is very similar, but at the end of you log, you hit complete and it will tell you if you are eating to few calories and it will tell you according to the calories you ate that day if you eat like that for 5wks was what you will weigh. I have maintain my weight since 2009. I started out at 218 and now weigh 183. My goal is 175. I pretty much eat what I want, it's the portion size that makes a difference. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. Lol! I like snacks. I am very active us why I can eat what I want, however, I am careful with my bread intake, soda, sweets. I very very seldom fry food and I drink intake of water. I eat turkey, pork and lots of fish. I can go on and on but the truth of the matter is weight loss depending on 80% of what we eat and 20% excercise. Light weight training and cardio will get to burning of those calories.
