Thanks LadyLisa...my progress is going ok, I just have to remember to track what I eat and to do some type of exercise. It is a little hard to track my progress sometimes because I don't know exactly how much calories is burned in each exercise I do or if I make something at home what the nutritional information is. Thanks for asking how is your progress going?

Check out my before and after pic I recently loaded. it took me 30 days to lose 32 pounds! YES! I worked out 6 days a week. I did 2 hours of cardio a day and did light weight training with a good and healthy eating lifestyle and lots of determination. :o)

Nothing happens by coincidence. Me and my husband are believers the Gospel, the death and burial if Jesus The Christ who has risen and now sir on the right hand of the Father. My husband and I are Ministers as well. :o)
Yes I like fitness Pal better. It is very similar, but at the end of you log, you hit complete and it will tell you if you are eating to few calories and it will tell you according to the calories you ate that day if you eat like that for 5wks was what you will weigh. I have maintain my weight since 2009. I started out at 218 and now weigh 183. My goal is 175. I pretty much eat what I want, it's the portion size that makes a difference. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks. Lol! I like snacks. I am very active us why I can eat what I want, however, I am careful with my bread intake, soda, sweets. I very very seldom fry food and I drink intake of water. I eat turkey, pork and lots of fish. I can go on and on but the truth of the matter is weight loss depending on 80% of what we eat and 20% excercise. Light weight training and cardio will get to burning of those calories.

Welcome! I'm new to this site too and I absolutely love it! I hope your weight loss journey goes well and that you stay motivated. There seems to be a lot of helpful information on here and recipes and that is exactly what I need. I hope you like it here! :)

"Wow, I can't believe I haven't been on here since 11/2011, and as you can see, I have fell off the band wagon. When I was on here last, my progress was great; I had lost 15 lbs. Now I'm getting on here 11+ lbs heavier than when I started FitClick over 2 1/2 years ago. This is the heaviest I've ever been, at 166.2 lbs. I'm 5'4'' tall. That's alright though, because I'm the type of person when I put my mind to it, I'm diligent and persistent in working to get it off. I'm back at Bally's, walking, doing my Zumba on Wii, and doing a protein shake for breakfast, a meal for lunch, and a green juice (made with Kale, cucumbers, carrots, apples, and maybe some grapes or an orange if I have it) in the evening, with healthy snacks in between, and plenty of water. In 3 days, I'm down 5 lbs. Whoo Hoooo!! I'm back in the saddle."

  • Yeaah! I'm on day six since joining this site and I'm so lovin' it.  I told my husband about it, and he's joined.  I told my sister, who goes to Bally's with me 3 to 4 days a week, and she's joined.  She told a co-worker.  Awesome site! I'm lovin' it.  I'm in the process of setting up my favorites, putting in recipes, so much to see, so much information to browse and see.  Lovin it!! Oh, I forgot . . . I'm 5' 4" tall. I started at 150 pounds, and my goal weight is 125.  Don't know how long it will take to loose the 25 pounds, but that's not my main focus.  My main focus is a healthy lifestyle, physically, emotionally, spiritually, and all way around.     I just wanna introduce myself - - signed up this morning, and I'm excited to get started. I'm looking to loose 25 lbs. Both me and my husband want to start a healthy-living lifestyle with exercise, fitness and the whole 9 yards . I've gotta tell him about this site, I'm lovin' it, although I haven't seen half the stuff on here. I'm Looking forward to all the advice, info, chit chat, and fun. Chow!
